Job Description

REGIONAL MANAGERThe Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell PalmPay’s BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) business within Abia State Region. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, driving regional sales growth, building relationships with partners, and ensuring that the BNPL product line meets its sales targets. The Regional Manager will also monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and provide strategic insights to support overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve BNPL sales targets in Abia State regionEnsure alignment of sales activities with the company's overall business goalsDrive sales performance through the management of a regional sales teamTeam Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and agents in the assigned regionSet performance targets for team members and track their progressProvide coaching, training, and support to enhance sales productivityMarket Development:

Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments for BNPL productsBuild strong relationships with merchants, agents, and distributors to grow BNPL penetrationConduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies accordinglyPartner Engagement: Engage with partner financial institutions, merchants, and distribution channels to expand card issuanceManage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and product adoptionReporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior managementAnalyze regional sales data to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvementsMonitor and report on key market insights, including customer feedback and product performanceCompliance & Risk Management:

Ensure that all sales activities adhere to regulatory and company policiesManage risk by implementing effective controls and monitoring mechanisms in card distribution and salesCustomer Service & Support: Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the BNPL productsResolve escalated customer issues related to BNPL usage, delivery, or service issuesKey Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field5+ years of sales management experience, preferably within the financial services or fintech industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a customer baseStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSolid understanding of the payment and financial ecosystem, particularly ATM and card servicesAbility to analyze sales data and market trendsAbility to travel extensively within the assigned regionPowered by JazzHRUaGsU7URMm
