The RoleAs Head of Event Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind our event execution — ensuring every activation is flawlessly delivered, on time, and on brand.

You’ll lead the operational planning and on-the-ground execution for UK and international events, managing everything from large-scale brand activations to VIP experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine big-picture strategy with practical know-how. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the events team across both Pan-n-Ice and Rolling Minds divisionsOversee all event logistics:

transport, equipment, food & drink supplies, and staffingRepresent our brands at high-profile UK and international eventsManage, train, and motivate in-house and freelance event teamsPersonally oversee the setup, delivery, and pack-down of events — getting stuck in when neededTroubleshoot operational challenges quickly and confidentlyEnsure health & safety, food hygiene, and brand quality standards are met at all timesUse operational software (Google Sheets, Excel, CRMs) to manage schedules, stock, and workflowsContinuously develop and refine operational systems for efficiency and scalabilityWho We’re Looking For3+ years in senior event or catering operations rolesExperience running large-scale events with complex logisticsStrong knowledge of catering/food service operationsCalm, solutions-driven, and thrives under pressureFull UK driving licence (must be confident driving manual vans)Physically capable and happy to work on your feet for long hoursExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong technical skills with operational software and spreadsheetsWilling to travel frequently across the UK and abroadPerks & Benefits🏆 Employee of the Month cash bonus 🚴 Cycle to Work Scheme ❤️ Private Health Care (after 1 year) 🐶 Dog-Friendly Office 🍦 Unlimited Free Ice Cream 🛫 Travel opportunities in the UK & internationally 😎 Fun, casual work environment in Notting Hill 📅 28 Days Holiday (incl.
