As an Outbound BDR at Panax, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine. You’ll take ownership of building relationships with target accounts, driving outbound pipeline generation, and securing qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Using a mix of cutting-edge tools, creative outreach strategies, and a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), you will turn cold prospects into warm opportunities. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Development and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and company leadership. What you will do:
Researching, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities via outbound cold calls, emails, social media, andinbound lead follow-upScheduling meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate, timely informationCollaborating with the marketing team to support campaign execution andprovide feedback. Continuously expanding knowledge of our products, services, and relevantmarket trendsMeeting or exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs including call and emailvolume, meetings booked, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
