What You’ll DoAs a Manager in the Global Strategy & Business Development team, you will lead cross-functional strategic projects or multiple complex workstreams end-to-end. You will be responsible for defining problem statements, driving alignment across senior stakeholders, and ensuring impactful execution.
You’ll play a key role in coaching and developing more junior team members. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading strategic projects from initial scoping through execution and impact realization, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s global priorities and collaboration across markets and functionsManaging project teams and multiple workstreams, providing direction, removing roadblocks, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of resultsDeveloping strategic recommendations through rigorous analysis, business case development, and cross-functional input – and translate insights into actionable initiativesFacilitating engagement with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and momentum throughout project lifecyclesCoaching and developing junior team members, providing feedback, support, and day-to-day guidance to enable their growth and contributionDriving implementation of strategic initiatives, working closely with business owners to embed solutions and monitor outcomesWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for an impact-oriented Manager to lead high-priority initiatives and guide teams through ambiguity to results.
You combine strong analytical acumen with stakeholder management and leadership skills, and you’re passionate about driving real business outcomes. You’ll play a central role in executing Pandora’s strategy and developing talent within the team. To succeed in this role, you ideally bring:
4–6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or in a strategic role with increasing leadership responsibilityTrack record of leading cross-functional teams or complex workstreams, from scoping through execution and implementationStrong strategic thinking, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and design clear, structured solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing and aligning mid-to-senior level stakeholdersLeadership and coaching mindset, with experience guiding junior team members and creating an environment for growthBusiness-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect strategy to commercial impact and operational executionFluency in English; other languages relevant to key Pandora markets are a plusMaster’s degree in business, strategy, or related fieldExperience in retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments is an advantageDid we get your attention?
