Key objectives: Perform daily operational and administrative tasks across the Innovation Team. Ensure smooth coordination of meetings, document management, and system entries. Provide logistical and communication support to the Innovation team. Key duties: Administrative Organize team calendars, workshop schedules, and internal meetings. Support documentation for NDAs, contracts, and internal reports. Data & System Entry Input and update project and partner data into internal systems/platforms. Assist in preparing slide decks, reports, and records. Event & Communication Support Coordinate logistics for innovation workshops, summits, or partner visits. Assist in crafting email communications or internal announcements.
File & Document Management Maintain shared folders, naming protocols, and access rights for key documents. Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of innovation files. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business adminsistration or relevant field 1+ years of experience in administrative or operations role Strong organizational & multitasking skills Proficient in MS office, Good interpersonal and Communication, both written & Verbal
