Paragon Energy Solutions Paragon is seeking a New Nuclear Project Manager to join our team support our HIPS team. As a Project Manager, this role is responsible for defining project objectives, creating project schedules and overseeing the budget throughout the entire project. ResponsibilitiesReview the client’s contract and go through order acceptance, document approvals, project date changes, order completion, shipment notification, communication plan (for large projects)Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projectDetermine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.
) required to complete the projectDevelop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activitiesReview the project schedule with management and customers (as required)Monitor progress of the project against project milestones and notify management if there is a deviance from the planEnsure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of qualityCreate and submit Production Orders (JOFs) - locate and attach CGD, TIR, or other work guidesCreate and submit Travelers - Locate and attach drawings, Specs, TIR, FATPUpdate project schedules in Hippo - develop based on TML, update based on project activitiesCreate and submit spreadsheets for vendor POsPrepare paperwork for completion/invoicing Provide client updates as requested; host monthly client project reviewsParticipate in GEMBA and Project Review MeetingsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of project management experience requiredPrior nuclear industry experience is requiredPMP designation a plusExperience working within a Quality program is a plusProficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
