About the client:Our client, a U.S.-based personal injury law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing team. This role is essential in supporting the firm’s attorneys by managing case documentation, maintaining client communication, and ensuring that all legal and administrative processes run efficiently within the personal injury department.About the role:As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administrative and legal tasks associated with personal injury cases. You will assist attorneys in handling case files from intake through settlement or trial, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and research skills, fluency in English (spoken and written), and a strong understanding of U.S. personal injury law and litigation procedures. Spanish fluency will be considered a plus.U.S.-based Law Firm Experience Is Strongly Preferred. Personal injury experience is a plus.What you’ll be doing:Manage and organize case files, evidence, and client records in compliance with firm standards. Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation and strategy. Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other relevant parties. Track case deadlines, hearings, and filing schedules to ensure timely completion of all legal tasks. Prepare case summaries, medical chronologies, and trial binders. Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, and trials. Help optimize internal processes to improve efficiency in litigation support and case management.Who are we looking for?Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a U.S.-based law firm.Personal injury law experience is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software. Solid understanding of U.S. litigation procedures, legal terminology, and court filing systems. Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
