With operations in over 90 countries and more than 2,500 professionals, it partners with governments, investors, and corporations to design and execute strategies that create sustainable and inclusive impact.Some of the key responsibilities will include:Demonstrate commitment to the delivery of company and regional objectives (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) ensuring that personal KPIs are delivered with excellence and timeliness. Contracts & Compliance: Legal research, contract template administration, company secretarial compliance support, record keeping, assistance with corporate filings, matter management, provision of logistical support, development of training material. Respond to internal client queries and requests, escalating as necessary to the line manager, and provide professional, proactive and engagement support and problem-solving to internal clients and the project teams.Where appropriate, coordinate and attend to notarization, apostille, and attestation of documents to ensure legal validity and compliance with international requirements. Support corporate governance processes, including preparation of documentation and filings for appointment and removal of directors in accordance with local regulatory requirements.Assist with maintaining entity compliance, including assisting with lodging annual returns, managing re-registration, company registry administrative searches monitoring key filing deadlines for all APAC entities.Provide contract administration support, including managing templates, formatting documents, identifying contractual or project risks and escalating to the line manager.Support project teams with matter management, as required.Relationships, Communication & Development:Develop client and stakeholder relationships internally and maintain professional, respectful and effective relationships with your colleagues. Accept and value constructive feedback, support the onboarding and training of peers, and communicate with others in an inclusive manner.Participate in and contribute to other APAC Corporate priorities and initiatives as required.This role reports to Legal Counsel, APAC. Reporting requirements may include but are not limited to:Attendance at team meetings, other requested meetings and regional meetings (e.g. town halls).Regular (minimum of monthly) one-to-one meetings with your line manager on the status of personal Key Result Areas (KRAs), career development discussions and any other matters.Encourages flexible work practices to enhance wellbeing, productivity and team culture. For this role, we require that employees maintain an in-office presence for the majority of their working week. For example, if an employee works five days a week, they must spend at least three days physically in the office.The role liaises with clients, APAC Corporate, project team members, colleagues, professional service providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.To be eligible for this role you will require:Current university student studying law, business or associated courses in 3rd or 4th year.
