We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join a Global Commodity Trading firm. This role will support legal operations across a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters, ensuring the company’s activities comply with applicable laws and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including NDAs, trading agreements (e.g., ISDA, EFET), and service contracts.Maintain and update contract management systems and legal databases.Assist in regulatory filings, licensing, and compliance documentation.Support dispute resolution and litigation processes, including document discovery and liaising with external counsel.Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Coordinate with internal stakeholders across trading, operations, and finance teams to ensure legal alignment.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Law or Legal Studies.Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in commodities, energy, or financial services.Familiarity with trading contracts and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EMIR, MiFID, Dodd-Frank) is a strong advantage.Excellent organizational and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
