We develop advanced chip solutions that power the next generation of smart and reliable vehicles.We are looking for a Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel to support our in-house Legal & Compliance team.Newly qualified lawyers or recent law graduates are welcome to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage simple contracts (e.g. NDAs, service and vendor agreements).Track contract signing and filing; maintain legal records and templates.Assist with company filings, corporate maintenance, and coordination with service providers.Support compliance work (e.g. KYC, basic due diligence, and internal records).Conduct simple legal research and translation between English and Chinese.Provide general administrative and coordination support to the legal team.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably from a recognised Singapore university.Strong command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is a must.Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.Good communication and teamwork skills.Prior legal or paralegal experience is preferred but not required.Familiar with common office software and basic AI tools.
