This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Director on diverse and engaging legal matters, with real scope for professional growth.The RoleAs a Paralegal, you will:Work directly with the Director on litigation matters from pre-litigation through to resolution.Assist across corporate and commercial files including company and trust structuring, share sale/purchase, joint ventures, and shareholder/unitholder agreements.Support property and conveyancing transactions — residential and commercial — including sales, purchases, and lease matters.Provide assistance in wills and estates work, including preparation of wills, liaising with clients and trustees, and managing estate files.Handle general file management and legal support — drafting, preparing court documents and bundles, liaising with counsel, managing files in LEAP (preferred), client contact, and diary coordination.Maintain excellent organisational skills and attention to detail while managing competing priorities across multiple practice areas.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ paralegal experience in a law firm environment.Proficiency with LEAP (or similar practice management software).Ideally experience spanning litigation, corporate/commercial law, property/conveyancing, and wills/estates.
