As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to hire a Paralegal Officer - Real Estate Development who will play a key role in ensuring our legal operations remain robust, compliant, and efficient.Job DescriptionMust have strong background in real estate law, with a focus on contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation.Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, with a proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and disputes.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including Joint Venture (JV) agreements, sales and purchase agreements, and other real estate-related documents.Provide legal support on real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.Manage litigation and disputes related to real estate projects, working closely with law firms and internal stakeholders.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to the group legal director.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and minimize legal risksRequirementsBachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university.2 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional and litigation work.Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly in real estate development.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
