Warwick Community Ambulance is seeking a highly qualified lieutenant to join our leadership team. This position functions as a shift supervisor and paramedic, operating primarily in a single-provider fly car that supports our Advanced EMT response model and maintains paramedic coverage throughout Warwick Township, Lititz Borough, and Elizabeth Township. We are looking for an experienced provider with strong clinical competency, sound decision-making, and a steady professional presence. Lieutenants set the operational tone for the shift and serve as the primary point of contact for field staff, making clear communication and reliable customer service essential.In addition to shift leadership, each lieutenant manages a specialized operational area. For this opening, we are seeking a provider with experience in logistics and supply chain management or Quality Assurance and Improvement. This role offers the opportunity to guide programs, oversee resources, and support initiatives that improve both clinical excellence and operational reliability.
