Job Description

OverviewWe are looking for a Labor Coordinator to join our Labor Relations team at CBS! As Labor Coordinator, Labor Relations, you are a talented, proactive, and detail-oriented team member working with all members of the Labor Relations Team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToResponsible for assisting with the preparation of union information requests and reportsAssist with arranging and organizing spreadsheets of earnings data for negotiation preparationAssist with union negotiations and the drafting of proposalsUpdate, proofread and distribute numerous negotiation summaries and collective bargaining agreementsMaintain knowledge of current issues and contractsCreate, modify and maintain spreadsheets/matrices in ExcelHeavy calendar management of various virtual and in-person meetingsManaging inbound request for meetings and weighing them against business prioritiesWork closely alongside other Labor Coordinators to develop and implement new processes to help improve team performance, communication and collaborationAssist other Labor Coordinators with organizing and coordinating off-site meetings/conferencesPrepare monthly expense reports, reconciliation of credit card statement and handle travel itinerariesPerform standard administrative responsibilities (i.

e. filing, scanning, letter/memo preparation, ordering supplies, etc.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
