Paraplanner

Job Description Our client, a well-established financial planning firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join their dynamic team on a full-time hybrid basis.This role offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that values accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in delivering exceptional financial advice to its clients.Key Responsibilities Prepare Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and professional client presentations with minimal supervision, including areas such as SMSF and Gearing Strategies.Manage workflow effectively by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth collaboration within the paraplanning and advisory teams.Ensure all documentation and advice meet regulatory standards, including those under the Corporations Act, ASIC, and other industry guidelines.Liaise closely with the Paraplanning Manager and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes, enhance service quality, and drive operational efficiency.Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality in all work.Key RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in paraplanning or a related financial planning role.Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).Solid understanding of financial planning principles and investment products.Strong analytical and research skills with proven ability in report writing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience within the financial services industry will be advantageous.Proficiency in Xplan and/or AdviserLogic is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work setup. Must be able to work for Australian Calander.Must be able to work for Autralian working hours (IST 07.30 AM - 04.00 PM)
