This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of training programs for our beauty advisors across the region. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of the training department, gaining hands-on experience in program coordination and communication strategy. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the luxury beauty industry and develop your professional skills.
Job responsibilitiesImplementation and Coordination of Training ProgramsProposals for Communication Actions to Promote Training Internally and ExternallyManaging the communication to the different stakeholdersManaging the different Training ProjectsReport on the different Training ProgramsOrganization & preparation before Training Events & sessionsMonitoring Order Management and managing gifting stockProject Management Of The Different Training ProgramsManaging all communication of the different training programs( invitations, posters, emails, posts on the learning app)Monitoring the entire back office of the different accountsBooking of hotels, restaurants, flowers etc.
Updating of the development pathCreate & translate the learning modules in FR and NLManage the mailboxCreating Google Forms for registrations + participationsSending all giftsLearning AppResponsible for the application and its overall imageManaging the entire back officeActing as a Community Manager (frequent posts on the app + creating new content) => Two languages are now offered for each publication (NL + FR)Support on posting modules for each group of learnersProfile Final year in marketing or communication or professional immersion. Perfect command of the Office Suite. Languages: bilingual French - Dutch and knowledge of English. You are organized, rigorous, involved, persevering, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated.
