A new Perfume dimension to access another dimension of the Being. About the role We are looking for Parfums de Marly our Regional Marketing Manager Europe, based in Paris. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director (based in Dubai), this position will require effective, creative and efficient planning and implementation of the 360 Marketing Plan across Europe markets. She/he will act as a daily key Marketing partner of the Commercial team and be a pivotal interface between salesforce, partners, suppliers and cross internal department (Brand, Operations, Finance, Digital, PR, Retail). Key Responsibilities:
Brand managementDevelop, plan and execute the 360 marketing plan (off/on line) with partners and key retailers. Manage 360 Marketing plan and implementation contribute to brand equity building, within the region, and at local brand development level. Ensure that the brand guidelines are respected and deployed across all (direct retail and distributors). Improve brand awareness and campaign execution through conception, planning and execution of in-store/online animations. Regular physical and virtual market visits:
ensure that brand guidelines are implemented and respected in key markets, monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategy, current promotions and stock level across POS Conduct training and development of trade tools for external partners. Project managementPlan and Monitor 360 Marketing budget, for DTC and external partners. Animations: adapt, implement and deploy impactful and qualitative in-store and online campaigns in line with the trade plan. Work closely with the Global team (PR, Trade, CRM), agencies and retailers, to ensure excellent project management. Plan the full year ahead, in line with each Market budget, a strong 360 Marketing plan.
Create reports after each activation to monitor animation performance with quantitative KPIs and qualitative feedback. Marketing reporting: create monthly report on regional key marketing activities and KPIs. Monitor budget for direct retail and A&P with external partners. Logistics: Ensure accuracy on POSM planning and forecasting. Ensuring excellent roll-out of POSM elements across the region, with DTC and external partners. Inclusive of all 360 elements (launch VM, Press/Influence, CRM, GWPs, New door opening).
EventClosely work with the Global team and local PR agency for event organization and seedings (concept, target, location, date, coverage, set up, execution)Follow up on monthly coverage report (magazine, press, influence). Role - Specific Skills: Strong project management skills, to ensure the development and lead of 360 campaigns across key markets. Excellent organizational, communicational and time management skills: The ideal candidate should possess outstanding organizational skills to coordinate complex marketing initiatives efficiently. Effective communication skills are essential to collaborate with various stakeholders, and excellent time management abilities are crucial to meet deadlines and project milestones.
Attention to Detail and Agility: The role demands a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of quality in marketing materials and campaigns. Agility is key in adapting to the dynamic and evolving luxury/fragrances market. Strong analytical skills: The candidate should possess strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret data, allowing for data-driven decisions. Strong budget management skills: ensure a seamless Marketing budget forecast, planning, and monitoring. Results driven: We are looking for individuals who are committed to achieving measurable results. Understanding of Retail Excellence: A clear understanding of retail excellence principles and practices is essential.
This includes expertise in optimizing the customer experience journey with a particular focus on the Europe region. Client Experience Journey: The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the retail client experience journey. Obsessed with consumer’s journey, ideal candidate would be a key team member to propose and implement creative and consumer centric animations. Desired Background and Experience: Required Professional Experience: A minimum of 6 years is necessary. Luxury/Fragrances Background: We highly value candidates who come from a background in the luxury or fragrances industry. Knowledge of the unique characteristics and challenges within this industry is mandatory.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is a fundamental requirement for this role.
