About The RoleWe’re looking for a resourceful and fast-moving Parts Procurement Specialist to support our growing fleet.
This role focuses on identifying, sourcing, and purchasing RV parts and accessories from both Alibaba and U. S. -based suppliers, ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery speed. You’ll be a key link between our maintenance team and suppliers—reducing downtime, negotiating with vendors, and building a reliable parts supply chain. This is a remote, part-time role that requires initiative, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesSource RV parts, accessories, and supplies from Alibaba, U. S. suppliers, and local distributors. Compare pricing, negotiate terms, and secure competitive delivery timelines.
Build and maintain a database of trusted vendors and product details. Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams on urgent part requests. RequirementsExperience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (automotive, RV, or machinery strongly preferred). Hands-on ability to source from Alibaba and U. S. suppliers. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple requests at once. Self-starter with a sense of urgency and independence.
