About the RoleAs a Document Controller, supporting large-scale energy or infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for document management, coordination, and compliance across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless workflow from issuance to final handover. Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the Document Control Master List, coordinating with internal teams and client representatives.
Manage document transmittals, track approvals, and distribute controlled documentation in accordance with contract requirements. Use the client’s EDMS system (e. g. , SAP Document Management, ECM, or similar) to upload, track, and archive technical documents, drawings, and data. Prepare and control documentation for FAT/FAT-related deliverables and I&C production. Support final documentation handover and compliance reporting at project close-out. Liaise with engineering, procurement, quality, and external client teams to ensure document traceability and audit readiness. Oversee version control, renaming, archiving, and electronic/paper-based storage per company standards. What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
3–6 years of experience in document control within engineering, construction, or industrial project environments. Hands-on experience with SAP EDMS, xECM, or other engineering document systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce accurate status reports. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. High level of integrity & safety awareness aligned with company values.
