We are now seeking to hire a part time Accommodation Assistant to join our team. The RoleThe Accommodation Assistant reports to the Accommodation Manager to ensure the highest level of cleaning standards throughout the resort.
The Accommodation Assistant ensures the consistency of standards and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Help promote a positive experience for our guests and to deliver the highest of standards for our guests. Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesBe able to work flexible shift patterns (including weekends) and work through all areas of the department. Evening Shifts available - 4pm to 9pmTo be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt and change to work well under pressure. To comply with health and safety procedures at all times.
To inspect and clean guest accommodation and public areas in line with the hotel’s standard operating procedures. To follow direction from the accommodation management team. To help, support and be open to new ideas. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the entire department. To help plan, organise and control the daily workload of the accommodation assistants. Attend meetings and briefings as requested by management. The Ideal Candidate WillBe able to work to deadlines. Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Available to work flexible days and hours.
Attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment. Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Customer focused with an ability to go the extra mile.
