Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team and be the face of our hotel. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport.

Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and follow hotel policies. Work closely with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (other languages are a plus).
