We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Underground Services team. This role is essential in managing the successful execution of underground construction projects—ensuring compliance with safety regulations, meeting client expectations, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

Lead the estimating, planning, execution, and closeout of underground construction projectsDevelop project scopes and objectives with a strong focus on accuracy, feasibility, and relevanceManage schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet contractual commitmentsCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth executionLead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholdersOversee on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety programs and proceduresMonitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measuresManage contract financial reporting, including tracking project revenue, monitoring costs, and ensuring financial performance targets are metMaintain accurate and organized project documentation, including reports, logs, and recordsConsistently deliver projects that meet quality standards, timelines, and budget targetsRequirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, specifically in underground constructionStrong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standardsExcellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills—able to work independently with minimal supervisionProven problem-solving ability and capacity to perform under pressureProficiency with project/construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in estimating software and budget preparation.
