About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Advisor to provide technically proficient legal advice to our internal Legal Teams and wider business stakeholders. This is a critical role that balances sound legal judgement with practical business application in a complex and highly regulated environment. Working with strong legal knowledge and demonstrable practical experience, you will:
Provide accurate and considered legal advice across a range of business functions, in alignment with operational and strategic objectives. Support Legal Teams within specific country operations or product areas. Deliver legal opinions in a clear, client-focused manner, balancing legal integrity with commercial awareness. Identify when and where external legal support is appropriate, and manage those relationships effectively. Instruct, liaise with, and oversee external legal counsel to ensure advice is timely, relevant, and aligned with the organisation’s risk appetite and business needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal legal processes and knowledge-sharing initiatives. About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring: A qualified legal background. Strong technical legal skills, ideally gained within financial services or a regulated sector. At least 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) with demonstrable practical application in a business context. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor legal advice to non-legal audiences. A client-centric approach with a keen understanding of balancing risk with commercial pragmatism. Confidence in managing external legal providers and ensuring value for money and service quality.
