Come and be enchanted by all that this vibrant city has to offer, right at your doorstepThe Role Supervises the function of all F&B Service employees, facilities, sales and cost to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved. Controls and analyses on an on-going basis from the stand point of optimum following:

Quality levels of product and service Guest satisfaction Merchandising and marketing Operating costs, payrolls and beverage costs Sanitation and cleanliness (Hygiene) Coordinates and supervises the preparation, presentation and service of restaurant and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times. Establishes and maintains effective employee relation. Implements a daily, weekly and monthly check lists for all Food and Beverage Service outlets. Ensures proper follow up to attainmaximum quality and efficiency. Coordinates the purchasing of operating equipment with the Executive Chef.

Participates with the Executive in preparation of the hotel’s strategic plan, Food and Beverage marketing plan and goals program. Proposes Business Plan yearly for own department and follow through accordingly. Writes performance reviews and solve internal issues. Discusses and lays out project specifications. Makes detailed plans to accomplish goals. To ensure that the department discharges its role within the approved manpower budget. Reviews the following as is appropriate: Daily Revenue report With Hotel Operations Manager leads the preparation of the annual Budget and ensures adherence after approval.

Has understanding of Profit & Loss statement and ensure Hotel maintains Manning is in accordance to business levels and as proposed and approved in Budget. Talent ProfileIdeally You Will HaveMinimum 5 years in a similar role within a 5-star, with strong experience in managing multiple outlets. Proven ability to lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A commitment to upholding the highest service standards in a 5-star hotel environment. Expertise in high-end banquet operations, event coordination, and VIP guest management. Ability to analyse financial reports, manage budgets, and optimise revenue streams.
