Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant based in St Albans. The responsibilities include preparing technical and architectural drawings, assisting in the development of design proposals, producing compelling presentations, and collaborating with team members to support projects at various stages. Candidates will also engage in project discussions with a focus on creating user-centered designs that align with client expectations and sustainability goals. Qualifications Proficiency in creating Technical Drawings and Architectural Drawings.Strong foundation in Architecture and ability to work on design development processes.Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively.Ability to collaborate with teams and clients, maintaining a user-focused approach to design.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is highly advantageous.A strong understanding of sustainability principles and low-carbon design is preferred.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
