Established in 2019, HMMI manufactures both conventional and electric vehicles for domestic and export markets, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.ResponsibilitiesManage development of interior components such as dashboard, seats, trims.Manage development of exterior components such as bumpers, doors, mirrors, lighting.Ensure parts meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, styling, durability.Support tooling development and supplier trials.Monitor part development timelines and ensure readiness for productio.QualificationsMin. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.Must be fluent in English.Minimum 4 years of experience in part development or related field.Strong understanding of automotive interior and/or exterior systems and materials.Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.
