Join EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance and gain real responsibility, professional growth, and a strong network—while you’re still studyingThe opportunity: Your next adventure awaits EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance offers students a unique opportunity to kick-start a career within investment banking by joining our dynamic team part-time during Spring 2026.We act as lead advisors in M&A processes, providing comprehensive support to business owners, private equity firms, and corporate clients across all transaction stages: from preparing business plans and conducting valuations to managing buyer interactions and crafting effective deal negotiation strategies. We are proud to be an integral part of the Danish investment banking landscape and take pride in having been awarded “Financial M&A Adviser of the Year”.We have a passion for advising business owners on life-changing events and go to work every day to pursue, strengthen and balance the three core pillars in the team: i) having fun, ii) developing ourselves and iii) succeeding with all our transactions.As an Analyst, you will support the team on several key M&A tasks, including:Preparation of marketing material including pitch presentations, information memoranda, management presentations and client meeting materials Assisting in preparing corporate valuations (DCF, LBO, multiples, operational modelling, etc.) Peer group/buyer/target screenings Financial statement analysis Market research and analysis for internal and external use Weekly working hours average 15-20 hours, with flexibility during exams.Through formal and informal training combined with tailored courses, we will help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
