We pride ourselves on reliable delivery, clear communication, and an excellent customer experience.We are looking for a sharp, organised Part-Time Dispatcher and Customer Support Agent to manage riders, support customers, and keep deliveries running smoothly during peak hours.Role OverviewYou will sit at the centre of operations - coordinating drivers, handling customer queries, and liaising with restaurants to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.This role is based in Chisipite and involves afternoon and evening work.You must be willing to work until 10pm and on weekends. This is non negotiable.Strong performance in the first 2 months can lead to a full-time offer.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule deliveries efficiently across Bereka Bites restaurantsDispatch orders to drivers and track progress in real timeHandle customer support via WhatsApp and phone, including:Answering order queriesUpdating customers on delaysManaging complaints in a calm, professional mannerCommunicate clearly with drivers and restaurant staff to resolve issues quicklyMonitor delivery times and proactively manage delays and exceptionsOptimise routes to reduce delivery time and fuel costsSupport basic fleet management (bike availability, logging breakdowns or issues)Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery status, and incidentsUphold Bereka Bites service standards and overall customer experienceQualifications8 O'levels including English and MathematicsEnglish must be your first language, with strong written and spoken skillsAny additional transport, logistics, customer service or related certification is an added advantageSkills and AttributesExcellent communication skills - clear, polite and confident in EnglishStrong customer service mindset - patient, empathetic and solution orientedAble to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentTechnically confident - comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, basic web tools and dispatch systemsGood problem solving skills and attention to detailReliable, punctual and willing to work until 10pmExperience in hospitality, restaurants, delivery, logistics, call centre or customer support is an advantageWhat We OfferPart-time role with a clear performance pathway to a full-time position after 2 monthsExposure to a fast-growing, tech-enabled delivery businessHands-on operational experience in logistics, customer support and service deliveryHow to ApplyTo apply, please email your CV and a short cover letter to jobs@bereka.net by 30 November 2025.Use the subject line: “Part-Time Dispatcher and Customer Support Agent – Bereka Bites”.
