The part-time Distribution Courier position in Bethlehem supports the MKBC Bethlehem location through vehicle operations and transportation of blood products to our hospital partners. The anticipated hourly wage starts at $14.06/hr and is commensurate with experience. In addition, Miller-Keystone offers the following to all part-time employees:Dental and Vision BenefitsPTODiscount tickets and plansRetention Bonus of up to $1000Employee Assistance programAnd Much More!What You Will Be DoingProduct Transfers and ReturnsVehicle InspectionBlood Product DeliveryStat OrdersWhat You Will Bring To The RoleHigh school diploma or GED required and 6 months experience delivery or as a prior courier preferred.Experience In Outlook (preferred)The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) and customer service to interact with all levels of employees, hospital partners, and general public.Strong work ethic including attendance, trust, flexibility, and reliability.A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of the blood center.Additional InformationThis position reports directly to the Lead Distribution Courier in the Distribution Department and will be located at our Bethlehem center. To best meet the needs of our donors and community, this position works a variable schedule which may include:Part-time schedule coverage every weekend with one day during the week.
