No fancy budgets, no corporatebureaucracy — just execution, experimentation, results.What You’ll Do• Run fast growth experiments weekly (social, influencer micro-campaigns, referrals,promos).• Design funnels that convert: install → first order → repeat order.• Generate installs, convert installs to first orders, and increase repeat orders.• Create content or coordinate content production (short videos, product shots, reels).• Partner aggressively with creators, pages, and communities (commission or barter deals).• Track key numbers — installs, CAC, activation rate, repeat purchase rate.Requirements• Experience driving growth for a consumer product (apps/e-commerce preferred).• 2–3+ years of proven experience in growth/marketing.
