Part-time Investor Relations/Shareholders Communications Associate (100% Remote, English & Vietnamese Language Required)

POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations / Shareholder Communications Associate to support our investor communications, fundraising initiatives, and investors-targeted marketing strategies. We want team members who are not just looking for a job, but for a long-term journey.WORKING HOURSThis is a part-time, 100% remote position requiring 20 hours per week, as follows:Evening shift: 8PM - 12AM Vietnam time (4hours)Zoom meetings required during working hours.COMPENSATION: NegotiableBENEFIT PACKAGEProject-based bonusesStaff credit linesUnexpected assistance fundsVehicle ownership program (SPV level & above)After-life fundsProfessional development opportunitiesDeep understanding of real estate investmentExposure to high-level financial communicationsRESPONSIBILITIESServe as a key point of contact for current and prospective investors.Manage the investor database system to ensure data accuracy, timely communication, and good relationship.Coordinate capital raising efforts, including investor onboarding, subscription document collection, and compliance.Prepare and distribute investor updates, newsletters, quarterly reports, and financial presentations.Assist in developing and executing the company's marketing strategy for brand visibility targeting potential investors & partners.Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight property performance and market positioning.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to inform strategy.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor networking opportunities.QUALIFICATIONSProfessional English communication skills (B2).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field.Associate to mid-level (1 year) of experience in investor relations, relationship management, marketing, or related roles (real estate industry preferred).REQUIREMENTSStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with investors and stakeholders.Experience with content creation and marketing efforts specifically targeting investors is preferred.Well informed and up to date about the market and finance trends is preferredKnowledge of real estate investment structures and property management operations is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
