Our AI-driven platform provides real-time insights, helping agencies showcase their performance and helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions.We’re growing our network of real estate partners — and we’re looking for a motivated early-career professional to help us make that happen. About the RoleThis is a hands-on marketing and outreach role focused on connecting with real estate agencies, introducing them to the Redbricks.AI platform, and supporting their onboarding journey.You’ll communicate directly with agents, guide them through the signup process, and capture valuable insights from your conversations. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to real estate agents and agencies to introduce Redbricks.AIEncourage and assist agencies to sign up and set up their profiles on the platformFollow up on marketing leads and maintain strong relationships with contactsSupport marketing campaigns by managing contact lists, writing outreach messages, and tracking engagementCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine scripts, communication flow, and onboarding experienceRecord call outcomes, feedback, and signup progress(training provided)What We’re Looking ForFriendly, confident communicator with a clear, professional phone mannerComfortable making outbound calls and following up consistentlyStrong writing, organization, and listening skillsInterest in marketing, real estate, or startupsPrevious experience in real estate (as an agent or sales negotiator) is helpful but not requiredSelf-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn about outreach and growth marketing  What You’ll GainReal-world experience in marketing outreach and business developmentMentorship and practical training in startup growth processesFlexible 3-day schedule (ideal for early-career professionals)Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling real estate tech startup
