Job Description

Job PurposeThe MLCC (Market Launch & Change Control) Specialist plays a vital role in supporting market launches and change control management, ensuring that products are introduced or updated on time in line with regulatory and internal requirementsFacilitates cross-team information sharing, discussion, and alignment through verbal and written communication with regards to new product launch projects or change control projects so that artwork-related activities and other change control elements are executed to work to overall project objectives and timeline.Maintain effective communication and collaboration with both local and global stakeholders and partners/agencies throughout the product launch and change control process.Key ResponsibilitiesArtwork related coordination Pre-Packaging Design Phase: Support project planning, preparation of packaging design drafts, facilitate pre-assessment with cross-functional teams, and manage timelinesPackaging Design & Labelling Finalization Phase: Collaborate with APAC Artwork Coordinator and relevant functions, support artwork/labelling updates, and maintain change control documentation and system recordsPost- Packaging Design Phase: Archive final deliverables, track and report change control history, ensure smooth communication with local teams and external partnersProject Management Support Manage operations and cross-team support with regards to NPD projects or change control. It includes, but is not limited to, support in terms of preparation, creation and management of projects within the system.Required skills and experience Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with global teamsSolid project management and timeline coordination skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.Working-level proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with the ability to review and make basic edits to packaging and labelling files (artwork) Ability to manage documentation and system records with accuracy and consistencyOpen to entry-level candidates with relevant academic background or internship experience preferred Preferred skills and experience Understanding and experience of artwork development process for consumer packaged goods is a big plus. Experience of working in MNCs is a plus.
