This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for clients and guests while ensuring the smooth flow of office activities. The position primarily focuses on front desk and administrative support but also plays an important role in assisting other departments.In addition to operations support, this position supports the marketing and research departments with data entry requests to help maintain accurate information and streamline business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office OperationsGreet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take messages as needed.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception, conference rooms, and kitchen areas.Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies; place orders as needed.Handle mail, deliveries, and shipments (incoming and outgoing).Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room setup, and general office logistics.Support office events and special projects as needed.Marketing & Research Support Extensive data entry for both marketing and research teamsProvide administrative support to the marketing and research teams on special projects or reporting.QualificationsMicrosoft Office SuiteStrong data entry skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate ability to think creatively and independentlyStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and projectsAbility to provide materials in a timely and organized mannerHow To ApplyIf you’re ready to jumpstart your career and help us, we’d love to hear from you!
