Tutors should be able to think on their feet, build conversation around the learning topics and use the provided material to deliver highly engaging and interactive sessionsThe students are based in South AmericaUse the classroom tools to create a dynamic and interactive learning environmentAssess student performance and provide constructive feedbackRequired Qualifications & ExperienceA completed bachelor's degree (in any field) is an absolute requirementA 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificateAt least 6 months of teaching experience (online teaching is advantageous)Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accentConfidence using Zoom and other basic tech toolsStrong online classroom presence and communication skillsEquipment & Infrastructure:Laptop/PC with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and 8GB RAMStable fibre internet with 25 Mbps download/upload minimum (LAN cable connection only)Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) that provides 4-5 hours of backup powerSeparate mini-UPS to keep your fibre router powered during outagesNoise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace
