Job ResponsibilitiesProvide necessary support to trainers to deliver the FLEX Learning course by using ZoomManage and record the attendance recordMonitor the chat function and answer questions from the participantsGuide participant in using different features from Zoom, and provide support over the phone when necessaryEncourage and support participants to participate in in-class activitiesProvide administrative support for FLEX Learning such as record keeping, data input etc.
