Part Time Working Student (Learning & Growth)

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Part Time Working Student to join our People & Organization (HR) / Learning & Growth Team at the Kartal Headquarters Office. In this role, you will support the Learning Partner in coordinating training activities and ensuring a seamless learning experience for our participants.What part will you play?Support the Learning Partner in organizing and coordinating training activitiesCollaborate with the Global Learning Admin Team to ensure smooth execution of learning programsConduct market research to identify potential training providers and innovative learning solutionsAssist in establishing initial contact and communication with external training vendorsSupport the analysis of training needs and contribute to the design of learning interventionsHandle operational tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and follow-upsHelp monitor and report on training effectiveness and participant feedbackWhat you need to make real what matters:3rd year undergraduate or 1st year master’s student in a related fieldAvailability to work 2,5–3 days/week in KartalVery good command of written and spoken EnglishProficiency in MS Office applicationsStrong coordination and communication skillsFlexible, proactive, and a good team playerOpen-minded and highly collaborative“At Siemens we are always challenging ourselves to build a better future.
