This is a key role to ensure Kaspersky continued growth in Turkey. Main responsibilities:Interaction with the largest KL partners: to be the main entry point for all issues of company's interaction and ensure the appropriate level of service;Planning business partners (sales, marketing, training) and the implementation of these plans. Development and implementation of an individual business development plan for each partner;Coordination of KPIs with partners and planning their dynamics, running regular meetings to monitor the fact and develop corrections;Ensuring a high level of support among business partners – management, procurement, sales, marketing – through regular visits, discussions and other tools;Development and implementation of a marketing plan;Planning and ensuring the training process for partner employees, including as a coach;Control of partners' activities within the framework of the licensing policy – correct calculation of specifications, compliance with the licensing policy, rules and conditions of the partner program;Partners` support through regular information. Document management control.Main requirements:Working experience: At least 3 years in channel sales (at least 1 year in the KAM position), including as a mid-level manager;Professional knowledge and skills:Experience in a large customer or supplier of B2B solutions is welcome;Positive experience in building interaction between large counterparties (including those with a distributed territorial structure);Availability of proven case studies; Personal qualities:Confident communicator;Able to interact and influence the interlocutor at any level (top management, middle management, line staff, both at the partner and within the company);Developed public speaking and training skills;Analytical skills – at the level of analyzing sales data, identifying patterns, generating conclusions, and developing corrective measures; Willingness to work as a team in the company structure; Foreign languages:Basic English.The hiring process for this position looks as follows:1) Resume review (1–3 business days)2) Introductory call with Recruiter (30 min)3) Interview with Hiring Manager (60 min)4) Final interview (optional)5) Offer & reference check
