The pursuit of bringing human potential to life is at the CORE of everything we do to create value for our customers.* This is a position for candidates already based in Europe with a valid working visa/ permitWe are seeking a Partner Enablement Consultant to support a growing partner ecosystem by driving strategic enablement programs and initiatives. This role is critical in developing and executing partner education efforts that increase awareness of programs, solutions, and services—ultimately fostering partner success and accelerating business growth.The Partner Enablement function provides support and development services in the following areas:Onboarding and Enablement: Lead the onboarding and enablement of Human Capital Consulting firms. Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales support to partners during their client engagements.Training Delivery: Deliver Training Programs to partners and their clients.Advanced Product Training: Provide advanced training sessions on our product suite.Consultation and Support: Offer consultation on capacity planning and scaling, and respond to complex questions related to the interpretation of assessment tools.Knowledge Development: Lead learning sessions to deepen partners’ knowledge and effective application of the tools.Collaboration with Marketing: Liaise with partners and the Marketing team to ensure all necessary materials and resources are in place.Collaboration with Training Department: Work closely with the HE Training Department to provide feedback on additional training needs or updates to existing materials.Objectives and KPIsPartner Onboarding: Successful onboarding and certification of new partners, with a target of delivering their first client project (including revenue generation)Partner Retention: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration.Partner Growth: Support the development and growth of Gold Partners, enabling expansion of their capabilities and business impact.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Social sciences, Psychology or a related field. Master's degree desirable.3-5 years of experience in leadership development, partner enablement, or human capital consulting.Experience in coaching and leadership assessment tools.Fluency in English, German is desirableExperienced practitioner in Human Capital consulting (e.g. leadership / people development, learning, team development, executive coaching).Business-savvy, strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically (e.g. create materials, lead sessions, analyze feedback).Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, virtual work environmentAbility to operate strategically while executing tacticallyFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and partner relationship management (PRM) portals
