You’ll act as the bridge between partners and our internal teams — driving collaboration, performance, and shared growth.This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll design impactful enablement programs, turn insights into action, and continuously improve how we engage and grow with our partners.What You'll Do:Facilitate partner workshops, webinars, and enablement eventsAct as a subject matter expert on Zone’s NetSuite applications for partnersMaintain an understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developmentsEnsure partner compliance with contractual and programmatic requirementsAssist in co-marketing initiatives and campaigns with strategic partnersDevelop dashboards and scorecards to provide visibility into partner activity and performanceSupport resolution of deal-specific challenges, including implementation and technical hurdlesContribute to the evolution of partner program strategy and roadmapAdvocate internally for partner priorities and needsConduct quarterly business reviews with key partnersCollaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless experiences for joint customersAlign partner enablement initiatives with broader sales enablement and product strategiesMaintain accurate records of partner interactions, communications, and performance dataIdentify and mentor high-potential partner contactsSupport special projects related to partner growth and strategic initiativesCreate and deliver executive-level reporting on partner performance and program effectivenessHelp define and refine partner tiers, incentives, and recognition programsFacilitate knowledge sharing across the partner ecosystemStay current on product enhancements to ensure accurate partner guidanceOther duties as prescribed - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice What You'll Need:4+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, customer success, or related partner-facing roles within a B2B SaaS or FinTech organizationFamiliarity with SaaS business models and experience with or knowledge of the NetSuite ecosystem or finance/accounting softwareExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with partners and internal teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisionsProven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience with partner portals, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as SalesforceAdaptable, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote-first environmentBenefitsAt Zone, our benefits are designed to enrich your life beyond the workplace.
