This position plays a key role in strengthening the field force capability and ensuring alignment between business goals and learning outcomes.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and deliver training curriculums on AIA’s products, services, and sales processes to agents and partners.Conduct training needs and gap analysis in collaboration with relevant distribution channels.Design and update training modules, materials, and learning tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and field coaching.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement measures.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging, quality, and learning outcomes.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, sales development, or agency capability building, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes.Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and performance evaluation.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
