Job Description:We are looking for a Partner Growth Manager with a strong blend of business development, account management, and project management skills to spearhead our partnerships with eWallet channels. You will be instrumental in positioning our product as the preferred travel service provider within eWallet ecosystems, driving seamless launches, and unlocking new growth opportunities through innovative use of eWallet features.Key Responsibilities:1. Own the full lifecycle of partnerships with eWallet platforms, from initial outreach to finalizing agreements. Build trust and long-term partnerships with eWallet BD teams to drive mutual business value2. Coordinate cross-functionally with external & internal teams (e.g., product, tech, customer service, marketing), ensuring the smooth and timely integration of our services into eWallet platforms3. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges quickly, ensuring a high-quality user experience for eWallet users engaging with our product. 4. Track, monitor, and report on key performance metrics for each partnership to ensure mutual success4. Design and execute collaborative new business initiatives and promotional campaigns to deepen the partnershipJob Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field2. 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or project management fields, ideally in travel, fintech or related industries3. Proven track record of managing partnerships or cross-functional projects with measurable results4. Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels5. Direct experience working with Southeast Asia (SEA) clients or partners in a business capacity is highly preferred
