Partner in Pet Food (PPF) is an innovative, leading European pet food producer, supplying over 600 customers, including major grocery retailers, supermarkets, specialized pet shops in the 40 markets in which it operates. PPF is the second largest producer of Retailer Brand wet and dry pet food in Europe, offering a full range of high quality cat and dog food products. PPF is headquartered in Hungary, employs around 3. 000 staff and has operations in 10 countries. We are looking for a Data Analyst who would like to be a part of our international team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our ERP and reporting implementation project. This role will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality data migration, reporting accuracy, and robust master data governance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP systems, strong data analysis skills, and a deep understanding of master data management principlesDuties and responsibilities: Data Discovery & Requirements GatheringCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and data requirements. Identify key data sources and define KPIs, metrics, and reporting hierarchies. Analyze existing data structures and business processes to inform ERP design.

Data Migration & MappingMap legacy data to the new ERP structure. Cleanse and standardize master data (e. g. , customers, vendors, materials, GL accounts). Support data enrichment and validation activities. Validate data transformation logic and perform reconciliation post-migration. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Reporting & AnalyticsDesign and prototype dashboards and reports using BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Infor EPM). Translate business requirements into data models and queries. Ensure master data supports accurate and meaningful reporting. Master Data GovernanceDefine and document data standards, naming conventions, and validation rules. Support implementation of master data governance frameworks and tools.

Collaborate with data stewards and business data owners to maintain data quality. Testing & ValidationConduct testing for reports and dashboards. Validate data accuracy and completeness in ERP and reporting outputs. Documentation & TrainingDocument data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic. Provide training and support to end-users on data usage and interpretation. Post-Go-Live SupportMonitor data quality and reporting performance. Identify and resolve data-related issues. Recommend continuous improvement initiatives for data management. You are the right fit, if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in ERP implementation projects.

Strong understanding of master data domains and data governance principles. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI). Experience with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of data migration tools and ETL processes. Familiarity with data quality tools and frameworks. Knowledge of financial and supply chain data structures. Experience in FMCG industries.
