And we’re just getting started.We’re now looking for a Partner Manager Lead to coach our Swedish studio organization - our largest and most established market. This position is based at our office in Stockholm.This is a parental leave cover until May 2027. Bruce Studios is in an exciting growth phase, and while this role is initially a fixed-term position, there may be opportunities to continue growing with us as the company evolves.Your missionAs Partner Manager Lead Sweden, you’ll lead and coach the studio team and take operational ownership of Bruce Studios’ partner network and day-to-day operations in Sweden. You’ll guide the Partner Manager team, oversee all studio relationships, and own negotiations, pricing, and partnership strategy.Your mission: build and maintain the most attractive and profitable studio network in the Nordics – from boutique studios to national gym chains.This is a key role where you’ll drive the commercial success of our studio partnerships while ensuring that every partner feels connected, supported, and proud to be part of the Bruce Studios community. You’ll play a central part in shaping our local presence and growth through collaboration, data-driven decisions, and hands-on leadership.What You´ll DoLead, coach, and develop the Swedish Partner Manager team in their day-to-day work – ensuring clarity, structure, and high performanceFoster a collaborative, high-performing culture that reflects Bruce Studios’ values.Build and nurture long-term relationships with studio partners, from independent studios to large chains.Lead strategic negotiations and set partnership terms, pricing, and payout structures.Identify and sign new strategic partners that strengthen our offering locally and nationally.Analyze partner performance, profitability, and demand to drive data-informed decisions.Develop and execute a studio strategy that supports Bruce Studios’ overall growth goals.Collaborate closely with central teams (Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to align priorities and deliver results.Represent Sweden in Nordic leadership forums and report to the COO.What We Want You To BringWe’re looking for a commercially driven and people-oriented person with a proven ability to build strong partnerships and high-performing teams. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a fast-moving environment where collaboration, clarity, and ownership are key.Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or account management – ideally within fitness, wellness, or a similar service industry.Proven experience in a lead or coaching role, with the ability to guide, inspire, and develop team members to perform at their best.Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing pricing, profitability, and KPIs. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and large organizations. A data-driven mindset – comfortable working with dashboards, insights, and KPIs to make informed decisions. Structured and strategic thinker, able to translate goals into action and results. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
