You will track customer registrations, maintain accurate records, evaluate partner performance, and ensure adherence to company policies. Acting as a primary contact for routine operational issues and disputes with partners, you will facilitate clear communication and drive effective resolution. Your work will help streamline operations, strengthen partner relationships, and support the overall success of the sales organization.Partner Operations Manager는 파트너 비즈니스 Operation 전반을 관리하며, 계약 및 주문, 견적·입찰 프로세스를 효율적으로 운영하고 Sales 팀을 지원합니다.파트너사와의 협업을 통해 이슈를 신속히 해결하고, 정확한 데이터 관리와 보고로 투명한 비즈니스 환경을 조성합니다.채널 컴플라이언스와 기준을 준수하며, 지속적인 프로세스 개선을 통해 효율성을 높이고 파트너 성과 향상에 기여합니다.Sales Operation, 계약·주문 관리, 데이터 분석 및 채널 관리 경험을 갖춘 분, SAP·Salesforce·Excel 활용 능력이 뛰어나며, 디테일에 강하고 커뮤니케이션 및 협업에 능한, 체계적이고 전략적 사고를 가진 분께 적합한 역할입니다.Your RoleProvides general support to the sales department by performing contract(PO) management tasks of varying complexity under direct supervision.Manages and drives the quotation, tender, and contract process, order booking, monthly closing, and other order-related activities to ensure efficient order fulfillment.Assists with administrative tasks, prepares reports, coordinates meetings, and handles routine inquiries to streamline operations and support sales growth.Introduces new supporting process activities and implements improvements to enhance efficiency and support organizational goals.Completes end-customer inbound registration per order and supports the visibility process by tracking customer registrations and ensuring accurate documentation.Acts as a contact for resolving routine operational issues and disputes with partners, providing effective resolution and clear communication.Maintains accurate records of partner interactions, agreements, and performance reports to foster transparency and accountability.Monitors and evaluates the performance of partner accounts and distributors to ensure operations meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.Ensures channel compliance by monitoring and enforcing NAL, CPCL, and sub-tier risk management standards.Supports adherence to Channel Management SOPs, Product Safety & Quality (PS&Q) standards, and audit/compliance requirements.Conducts market research and analysis to identify opportunities to enhance partner operations.Assists in the development and execution of strategic plans to improve partner relationships and drive market growth.Supports mobilization of governance or management systems to ensure consistent oversight and effective decision-making.Maintains a comprehensive data/information repository.Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive optimal business outcomes.You're Likely The Right Fit If You PossessMinimum 3 years of work experience in operations on quoting, sales activities, contract order management, Channel management.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.Team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Working knowledge of quoting platforms, SAP, Salesforce.com and IT tools.Expert level proficiency in Excel.Data Analysis, Sales Forecasting, KPI Monitoring and Reporting skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
