Ciklo Talent is partnering with a leading firm to find a Partner Relationship Manager for their team in Germany. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing positions, enjoys building and maintaining long-term relationships, and has a strong understanding of the financial and insurance sectors.The Role:As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will be the key point of contact for B2B partners, managing relationships with a range of business clients. You will drive partnership growth in a region that spans primarily Germany. This role requires someone who is proactive, has great communication skills, and is comfortable traveling across the country.Your Mission:Manage & Grow Partnerships: Foster and maintain relationships with B2B clients, particularly in the finance and insurance sectors, ensuring long-term success and mutual growth.Develop Client Strategies: Tailor partnership strategies that meet the unique needs of your clients and help them achieve their business goals.Client Visits & Relationship Building: Be on the road, meeting with clients face-to-face to build rapport and trust while promoting the company's offerings.Market Insights: Leverage your industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and keep up with market trends.Drive Results: Take ownership of your portfolio and ensure that you are meeting business goals and KPIs for client satisfaction and growth.What we’re looking for:B2B Relationship Expertise: Proven experience in a relationship management role, preferably in finance, insurance, or a similar industry.Industry Knowledge: A background as a financial intermediary or insurance broker is highly desirable.Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in GermanPersonable & Engaging: Strong presence with the ability to interact with clients in a confident and professional manner.Self-Starter: Proactive, organized, and comfortable with traveling (company car provided).If you’re a passionate relationship manager with a background in finance or insurance, and you’re ready to make an impact with an innovative company, we’d love to hear from you.
