Our culture embraces a growth mindset, values inclusion, and encourages innovation every day.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Partner Solution Architect – Security to drive partner-led innovation and customer success. You will own technical engagements with partners, including architecture design, enablement, and deployment, ensuring secure and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities IncludePartner Enablement & Solution Building: Inspire and guide partners to create security offerings and managed services that are scalable and repeatable across multiple customers, leveraging Microsoft technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview).Architecture Design & Deployment: Collaborate with partners to design secure architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles and customer business outcomes. Lead resiliency reviews and technical optimization to drive production deployments.Microsoft Entra Expertise: Drive identity and access management strategies with partners using Microsoft Entra, including advanced identity governance, conditional access, and secure authentication solutions.Technical Advocacy: Act as the voice of the partner within Microsoft, sharing feedback, blockers, and insights to influence product and program improvements.Trusted Advisor: Provide strategic and technical guidance to partners, challenge assumptions when necessary, and position Microsoft’s differentiated value in security.Competitive Insights: Understand competitor solutions and articulate Microsoft’s strengths to influence partner decisions.Customer & Partner Success: Drive measurable outcomes such as increased Azure Consumed Revenue and increased Sales through partner, improved security posture, and high partner satisfaction.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).Extensive experience in security architecture, identity management, and compliance frameworks.Proven experience with Microsoft security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Purview) and Azure security services.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in technical presentations and workshops.Ability to lead CISO-level discussions and craft enterprise security roadmaps.Preferred QualificationsIndustry certifications such as SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.Deep technical experience in Zero Trust, SIEM/SOAR, and advanced threat protection.Familiarity with competitive cloud security platforms and hybrid security strategies.Expertise in Microsoft Entra is a plus (identity governance, conditional access, authentication strategies).Experience working with Microsoft partners to build security offerings or managed services that have successfully scaled across multiple customers is a plusThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
