Partner Solutions Manager

Job Title: Partner Solutions Manager Location: SingaporeJob Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Partner Solutions Manager to manage and grow relationships with key business partners. The successful candidate will develop tailored solutions, drive collaboration, and ensure mutual business success while aligning partner initiatives with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to understand their business needs and objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to develop, present, and implement customized solutions that deliver value to partners.Identify opportunities for new partnerships, expansion, and revenue growth.Monitor partner performance and provide insights, recommendations, and support for improvement initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful delivery of partner solutions and programs.Develop and execute partner enablement initiatives, including training, workshops, and marketing support.Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics to communicate partner performance, opportunities, and outcomes to senior management.Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance partner strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in partner management, account management, or solution consulting.Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) solutions, partnership models, and solution development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partner performance and identify growth opportunities.Proficiency in CRM and business analytics tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in technology, SaaS, or digital solutions sectors.Knowledge of APAC markets and cross-border partnership management.Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
