Partner Success Associate (Turkish Citizen)

Join Hotel Linkage's Partner Success Team! Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our Partner Success Team at Hotel Linkage. As an Associate, you'll play a key role in setting up and training on our Hotel Linkage tools, ensuring seamless partner experiences. What you'll do:Promote excellent partner relations through positive communication and service behavior.Setup and train partners on Hotel Linkage tools such as Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Linkage Revenue, Linkage Pay softwares.Respond to inquiries in inventory management, data entry, and training.Call partners to address current and future issues.Provide supplier self-service support and maintenance.Flexibly adhere to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations.Who you are:Proficient in English and Turkish.Diploma, University Degree, or equivalent.Experience in a customer service-oriented industry, with Hotel/Travel industry experience as a plus.Fluency in internet, computer usage, and web-based applications.Experience with Microsoft Office products.Solutions mindset and a genuine passion for the partner and traveler experience.Ability to handle situations effectively, set expectations, and deliver information positively.Ownership of problem resolution, excellent time-management, and prioritization skills.Active listening skills, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
