Partner Support Manager

Job Description1. Strategy implementation and closed-loop management: Oriented towards departmental project goals, responsible for the top-down and bottom-up communication of various strategy projects, goal and process management, tracking abnormal cities and personnel situations, enhancing the execution and closed-loop efficiency of strategies within the PMM team, ensuring the smooth achievement of team goals, and contributing to the continuous growth of business performance.2. Performance management and optimization: Continuously monitor the monthly performance achievement of frontline teams, promptly identify and recognize risks, provide feasible optimization suggestions, and promote the continuous iteration and improvement of performance management rules and processes.3. Cross-departmental communication and collaboration: Serve as a bridge between the team and other departments, responsible for daily communication and coordination, promoting efficient cooperation among teams, and facilitating the smooth implementation of cross-departmental projects.Job Requirement1. Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant experience in management processes, project management or internet operation is preferred.2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of efficiently coordinating resources from various departments to promote the realization and implementation of plans.3. Strong data analysis skills, able to sort out business processes, extract key information, and have good document writing skills.4. Fluent in English, proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
